Welcome to Kapture CX’s new feature reveal! We are delighted to introduce our latest capability that allows users to download millions of records within a minute, in various formats such as Excel and CSV.
This advanced feature efficiently processes mass data in “chunks” using our core technology powered by Java and cloud functions.
Here’s how this remarkable feature works:
Let’s say you need to download one million records. The tool is designed to download a set of twenty-five thousand records at a time. The system will then divide these records into twenty-five separate requests, each executed by cloud functions. Each request generates an individual CSV file.
This process continues iteratively until all data is downloaded. Subsequently, multiple CSV files will accumulate within the system.
A cloud function then steps in to merge these files into one comprehensive CSV file.
